Cramps - usually calves or feet

I was given duloxatine for pains and cramps in my feet. It has been immensely successful. Ask urban GPS.

hello all cramp sufferers

I too find tonic water is very good but my physio also suggested that if I get a sudden cramp in my legs I should squeeze my buttocks tightly together and hold for a short while.  Miraculously the cramp often goes away.  Something about the sciatic nerve being involved.

Good luck and a peaceful night to you all

I have been having chroni leg cramps at night, waking me up to 6 or 7 times a night. Excruciating cramp, that made me yelp! Quinine did not help at all. What I did find was magnesium. I got some with my regular order of supplements form “Healthspan” (I recommend them highly, best quality on the market, and tax free as comes from the CI). From first day of use till now I have been virtually cramp free through the nights. Try it, I suspect it’ll surprise you how effective it is!

I sympathize with you. It reduces me to tears too. But gin and tonic Music to my ears. I hope things get better for you
