Does a Dat scan definite proof yes or no Parkinson's?

The straight answer appears to be no, though a positive scan is definitely proof of Parkinson’s.
A normal scan may not be definite proof that it is not Parkinson’s, and in surveys around 20% of folk who have been clinically diagnosed and treated for PD have normal scans. And many prescribed drugs can interfere with the interpretation of scans.
