Had anyone with DBS been successful in getting PIP?

The criteria for PIP is based on any difficulties or help you need with a range of daily activities and your mobility. DBS usually helps to alleviate the motor (movement) symptoms of Parkinson’s, but a person could still experience other symptoms (or a fluctuation in their motor symptoms) that may mean they still would have difficulty or need help carrying out the PIP activities.
