Media discussion around end of life decision-making is dominated by doctors and politicians. We are working with YouGov and Dignity in Dying to conduct a survey to understand the views of people with terminal and long term conditions around end of life care. We want to ensure your views are part of government and NHS discussions around health and care services, laws and policies. The survey is open until 20 September and should take 10 minutes to complete.

Hi @Reah. The link in your post doesn’t work for me - it just takes me to a generic yougov page and I can’t work out how to get from there to the survey.
