Hi my husband was diagnosed with Parkinson’s 12 years ago. In the past 2 years his stomach has become more and more distended so much so I’m having difficulty getting trousers to fit him. He’s not overweight and only occasionally suffers constipation. Has anyone else got problems with a distended stomach.
