I have had 3 episodes of dizziness at night when in bed
I regularly have dizzy spells when I try to move or get up to quickly
This was different I lay down and felt I was on a roller coaster ,tried to get up but couldn't
It was very frightening and lasted for about 10 mins and my wife was on the verge of dialling 999
Anyone else had this
I don't know now what is PD and what isn't
