Really nicely done storyline on BBC1’s daytime soap Doctors last week, in which a character called Denise Willoughby has side effects from her Parkinson’s treatment. You don’t realise it’s Parkinson’s till half way through, and the whole story is sympathetically and realistically treated.
I dropped a line to the programme saying I hoped the character (which was convincingly played) might reappear in the future - the person to write to if you agree is [email protected] (and he was courteous enough to reply).
