Anyone have advice on driving? DVLA took away my licence without a report from my consultant. I really feel it’s unfair for someone who has never met me without assessment can determine my ability
My husband was advised to inform DVLA after being diagnosed. He wasnt driving at the the time as his symptoms were bad but he wasn’t specifically told that he could not drive.
DVLA asked him to take a supervised test, which he did, the medication had kicked in by the time the test was organised. He passed the test and is still driving.
I suggest that you ask for a test.
