This question is asked a lot, yet never very well answered. I’ve only ever met one PUK employee with PD. While I appreciate the employee confidentiality line, surely it could only be a benefit for the organisation to have the insight of people with the condition working there.
I think this is a very valid question. Surely a %of employed workforce is not breaking confidentiality?
