Exercise and sleep

Hi-does anyone else find sleeping worse on days when exercise?

Depends when you exercise? I would recommend exercising early afternoon.

It’s really variable for me, somtimes I sleep really well and sometimes I’m totally insomniac. However I enjoy the exercise and it makes me feel better, so I take the sleep as it comes and nap if i need to.

I am surprised to hear that you sleep worse on days you exercise.
It certainly does help me sleep better.
Exercise, usually helps you feel better and I find mitigates the effects of PD.
In fact it’s when I don’t exercise that I find my tremors tend to get worse.
I usually exercise in the mornings at gym about three times week and cycle once or twice a week.
However I live in cape Town South Africa and it is winter here now and here we have winter rain, so cold and rain don’t work for me , so I usually give the cycling a miss.
