Exercise therapy for Parkinson's - Presentation in Solihull 21 April 2018

Emma Bracher is an occupational therapist with a special interest in Parkinson’s disease. She is PD Warrior Trained and is an LSVT Big Clinician. She has set up the Bigger and Better Programme - therapy programmes and exercise classes specifically for people with Parkinson’s in Warwickshire and the West Midlands.
She will be visiting the Young People Living with Parkinson’s group on 21 April 10am-12, at the Christadelphian Halls, Grove Avenue Solihull, to talk about the benefits of exercise to people with Parkinson’s. The group are inviting anyone interested- young, old, and all in-between!
Emma worked with my husband and completed the 4 week LSVT Big programme with him. My husband is not a natural exerciser! But he found the programme of great benefit. He felt great while doing it and his walking and confidence has really improved.
