Extreme Insomnia Due to Inability to Lie Still at Night. Desperate Family seeking Advice

Hi @Hayleyd. I just wanted to let you know that I’ve also replied to your other post about sleep here which is hopefully helpful.

You’re absolutely not alone in this - disrupted sleep is incredibly common in Parkinson’s and can be made worse by medications, dementia, anxiety and night-time restlessness. It doesn’t mean you’re not caring well - it means you and your parents are dealing with something very tough, and it’s understandable that it’s wearing you down.

You’re doing the best you can in extremely difficult circumstances — and people here care and want to support you too.
