Newly diagnosed – Finding it all overwhelming

Hi. I’m 55, recently diagnosed, still not on medication and a National Sales Manager. I shared my diagnosis with my employer and so far they have been really understanding. I’m awaiting a trial for a new Alpha nuclei medication that is said to have positive results in slowing down progression. I am therefore not on meds.
