Hi All
I’m wondering if anyone else has been affected by this issue? Throughout my life, I have suffered with hypoglycaemic symptoms, (not Diabetic) just before meal times, not been diagnosed with anything though, but I would became very tired, and found it difficult to do much, although fairly manageable, however since my dx with PD, I have noticed I get very fatigued at different times during the day or evening, I feel so wiped out, sometimes this happens when I am hungry or tired and is nearly always solved by having something to eat and/or a short nap. Consequently I am putting on weight!
I would love to hear from anyone with a similar problem, who might have some ideas on how to cope better? I am assuming it has something to do with PD? As most things do lol.
Many thanks

Hi Littlenanny,
Welcome.
Remember PD affects us all differently, sort of like a car has an engine and wheels but everything else including that can change and affect people in totally different way.
However one aspect that remains constant is that as a result of the PD your muscles have to work much harder to have the same effect they had before.
I am sure that will help explain your tiredness.
I go to gym about 3 times a week and cycle other days, and that really helps ease the symptoms.
