Does anyone experience sudden shivers and feeling very cold. I also experience this in the shower, it’s like the water is not hot enough, it gets that bad, I thought the shower was faulty.
Not as intensely as you but I do get cold easily and once I start shivering I find it hard to stop. When I go out I always take an extra layer.
Yes I do, strangely at the same time most evenings, 5pm/6pm
Feeling acutely cold is a sign of low dopamine - the thermo-regulation part of the brain not working. The late afternoon early evening time is a classic time for being off - can be treated by dispersible madopar if you have it prescribed for rescue during off periods. Generally a symptom of the complex phase. Hope this explains/helps.
