I was diagnosed last year and am doing well on Sinemet but am finding most foods taste wrong no matter how I time taking my meds. I just can’t enjoy most meals any more.

What do you mean by wrong?
They have no taste.
They are bitter
They are too salty
They are too sweet.
Or a combination.

Hi Clive, foods do still have a taste and aren’t too sweet,bitter or salty, they just taste “different” than they did. Roast dinners and chips from the chipshop are pretty much ok but things like cheese aren’t. Every meal poses the question “will I be able to enjoy this.?”
