I have just watched the vlog very interesting. Think I need to speak to my Consultant when I see him next week.
It’d be nice to know what your consultant says!
I didn’t see my consultant, but a Senior Registrar and although he hadn’t heard about it, he did Google it. He is going to read more into it. He did feel that exercise is good and wouldn’t give any opinion on the forced exercise until he had read some more.
I find it incredible that these healthcare professionals don’t know about it. One of the studies I looked at was dated 2009!!!
