Freezing

Quick question, is it only walk/feet/legs that freeze or can your hands ???

Sometimes I go to do something and my right hand is just unresponsive, won’t do a thing briefly , then ok !!!

Hi @Angela,

Freezing in general is quite common for people with Parkinson’s and mostly happens to your legs and feet, however, it can occur in your hands too.

I would advise you to speak to your GP, specialist or Parkinson’s nurse about the best treatment for your freezing. They can also refer you for therapy that may help and we have more information of this here - https://www.parkinsons.org.uk/information-and-support/freezing.

I hope you find this information useful.

Best wishes,
Reah
