Hello all have anyone heard about GDNF trials and what this means for science and the world found a clip seems very interesting
There was a two part BBC2 documentary about GDNF trials, the conclusion was it didn’t work, but the specialists involved still have faith in it, and were looking for more funding to continue research.

i was one of the participants on the phase 2 GDNF trials and although the trial failed to meet its end point the participants, most of whom improved, felt it was more a case of GDNF works but the scientists failed to prove it.
In fact the participants felt so strongly that we formed a group to raise awareness for GDNF and are actively fund raising to help with a much needed phase 3 trial, we have a website which explains everything;
