If like me you suffer with nausea as a result of your meds, try taking root ginger which has long been known to help with nausea and digestive problems. The nicest way is the sort that's in the shops now, preserved in syrup - yummy. I find that one large piece taken after breakfast is very helpful. You can also make an infusion from grated fresh ginger. Its also supposed to help with poor circulation. Good luck
Bill has ginger, the crystallised sort. Its a bit hot so you don't need much, but it seems to help with the old indigestion. Some people swear by ginger biscuits but I think they mean the one's with pieces of ginger in, hard to get these days.
I found those travel sickness bands you can buy in Boots helpful too!
