I live in the Scottish Borders and am looking for a hand operated car either new or second hand as I now have dystonia in my R leg which causes jerking. I am not eligible for PIP or mobility after assessment but would prefer to buy outright any advice would be appreciated either about a local retailer or make of car. Many thanks.,
