Hi all,
I'm Phil, I lead on Parkinson's UK's work to campaign for good quality, accessible social care for people with Parkinson's, and their carers in England.
With the Care Act now a year old, we're really keen to understand what difference this is making for the amount of support people with Parkinson's, and carers are receiving.
I've launched a short, anonymous survey to gather views. If you have a few minutes (it should take you about 10 mins at most) I'd really appreciate it if you could complete it. It's here (or www.parkinsons.org.uk/socialcaresurvey).
You can complete the survey multiple times too, so you can respond as a carer and on behalf of someone with Parkinson's you care for too.
This closes on May 16th, so any responses by then would be fantastic!
Thanks,
Phil
