Help with swedd

Im 54 now and was at the hospital about 4 years ago where i underwent a dopamine brain scan.radiation injection.
And my professor told me i have swedd…

Ive been on madopar 6 a day and propranolol 180mg a day my tremors and balance are getting worse.
I have seen a pd nurse once about 4 years ago and now just see this professor every 6 months which i dred as he seems to treat me like i shouldn’t be here since he said i have swedd.
So question time.
Do i have parkinsons or not.?
Can this swedd have turned in to parkinsons by now.

Any help woud be great
