My mother lives in Bedfordshire and we use Helping Hands for care at weekends.
I have found the carers to all be very helpful and caring, also the managers are approachable and take on board any concerns or comments that I may have.
Helping Hands has franchises with different managers countrywide. I can only speak for our area.
