Horrible ‘down time’ from medication

I have been having problems with medication for probably 2/3 years. I used to control well with Siminet with no down times.

I then added in madapor disperables, which didn’t really help with anxiety that I was experiencing at that time. I started to experience down times soon after that so
At some point I was transferred to madapor 50mg hard capsules and then 100gram SR madapor but still no improvement . I was then given rasagline agonist to try smooth out my down times, but no help even though I was tried on various different agonists and amorphine pen.

My consultation has suggested trying simenet again , I really am fed up because I can never get an appointment with him .
I don’t experience tremors but the medication drives me crazy with tingly feet, constant twitching in my feet so I can longer concentrate on anything. I’m better when I don’t have any meds in my body but if I don’t take them I don’t have any energy to go about my daily life. Anybody got any suggestions?

My meds are current 3/4 madapor disperables 1/2 madapor 100gram SR madapor and 1x 50 gram Xadago agonist. Grateful to anybody with Alternative suggestions?
