What temperature do you keep your thermostat in winter to keep comfortable.

As I overheat very quickly
I aim for no higher than 22C during the day, lower if I am feeling up to lots of layers! I keep it at 18C or 19C overnight. Like most of us I can no longer regulate my body temperature so rely on the thermostat. Also, if I get too cold it exacerbates my nasty respiratory issues that are no fun at all.
