I have noticed that on stressful days my tremors get worse. What has helped you cope when that happens, and have you found any routine or simple approach that actually makes things easier?

Hello William,
Alprazolam is the only thing that works for me (Xanax, Misar). Or avoid any kind of stress which is impossible.
Hi William , relaxation exercises always reduces my stress and I find it can reduce the tremors (but wont totally get rid of them). CBT is also worth looking into as it breaks the panic/stress cycle. Both take practice, but I suffered from anxiety and panic attacks for years before I had PD, and these approaches helped stop them. I’m back to using them now because anxiety seems to be part of the PD package, but at least I know that particular enemy.
