I have been looking at the Forum for some time but cannot see any instructions as to how to post. E.g what is a Topic" and what is a “Category”? I would like to make use of the Forum as a newly diagnosed Parkinsoner. Please help

It’s actually really simple to post a new topic on the forum. Please see the attachment below: 
Once you have logged in, you’ll see the list of categories on the forum homepage and to your right you’ll see the ‘New Topic’ tab and this is where you’ll be able to create a new thread.

Hi my wife is now into her 5th year of this dreadful condition and is finding it harder to walk safely for any distance I help her to the very best of my ability but I am 77 in April so not exactly fit as a fiddle. I would like to ask someone what the correct procedure is to obtain a blue badge to enable us to park closer to the supermarket etc so that we don’t have to try and walk for some distance.Any help on this subject would be great fully appreciated
