Hi LewisBryant,
We’re sorry to hear you and your wife are experiencing these new challenges, and we understand how a lack of family support can compound the difficulty. We would recommend you reach out to our helpline on 0808 800 0303 when able. This is an assistance hub staffed with friendly and knowledgeable advisors who offer a variety of services, including connecting you to care and community near your residence. They are a respected team who have helped loads of our members. And of course you can use our website at Parkinsons.org.uk to search for answers, research news, and even archived forum discussions.
With our warmest welcome,
Jason
