I cannot answer posts

Hello.

I have a question concerning answering posts. This doesn’t work with me. I can create topics but cannot answer other people’s post. I have mild to moderate cognitive impairment so it could take longer for me to understand how to do.

Thanks in advance for helping out.

Hi @chriss86, welcome to our forum.

We’ve had a look at your account and everything appears to be in order.

Below other people’s posts, are you able to see a blue button which says Reply? If you hit it, a text entry box should appear where you can write a message.

Please let us know if this is not appearing, and if so we’d love to see screenshots of what is appearing on your screen.

Best wishes

Thank you very much. Now I have figured out that it is the arrow-button. I am not quite good at symbols and thougt it was a share-button. lol

chriss86, well done to you for asking your question and getting and understanding the answer. I hope you now feel a bit more confident and able to use the forum as you need. I just thought i would add that it is not uncommon for people to worry about putting their post in the ‘right’ place. Don’t worry about that. If it feels ike the rght place to you then it is - it will be picked up by somebody wo will be able to help.

Hi chriss86,

Please don’t think you are alone in confusing symbols,
With all the new emoji’s coming out constantly, I never know whether I am wishing someone, keep well/good luck/happy birthday/ go away and stop annoying me/…
It can drive you nuts :peanuts:
:+1:
I have also found out that a emoji can mean something to you and something totally different to some one else.
So really don’t hassle about it.
