I going to reduce my meds.any advice?

I am bored with pd I am changing my diet and exercising and see if I can reduce my meds any one want to join me .we could check out each other what works and what don,t. THE F PARKINSONS CLUB    F as for fight if you believe F is for fight you don,t know me
