Hi all. My ‘imbalance’ has deteriorated greatly over the past 12 months. So much so that it is now a daily issue for me. By ‘imbalance’ I mean I have this continual feeling of being on a boat which is swaying slightly - a kind of swimming sensation. I can deal with it and I am still leading a fairly full life but it frustrates me - particularly on a bad day - and I would like to hear from anyone who has experienced this and if they were able to get medication or do anything that alleviated or eased the feeling. Thanks

It must be frustrating to deal with that constant swaying feeling every day. I know some people with similar symptoms have found relief through treatments like vestibular rehabilitation therapy (VRT) or certain medications for vertigo, but it’s definitely best to consult a specialist, like an ENT or neurologist, to pinpoint the cause. Sometimes balance issues stem from things like ear problems, inner ear disorders, or even stress. I hope you’re able to find something that works for you soon. Stay strong, and take care!
