Implanting reprogrammed skin cells

very good, but sooner them than me!
I understand this is a horrifying procedure to undergo. However, if this works, it will work better than any other med out there because they will have a real dopamine neuron (maybe even with some corrected genes ?) in their brain releasing the exact chemical compounds that your body needs.
This is a beginning. I wonder what criteria they use to class their implants as authentic sn neurons. Do pluripotent cells gravitate to stable states when they are pushed by the growth factors used in the transformation? Are they stable when implanted? Do they repair the brain wiring or do they just sit there producing dopamine?
