Me and Tommy exchanged our mobile numbers a while ago. Up till his brother passed there wasn’t a day without a call or text from each other
I’ve been to his home and i spent a day with him where he took me sight seeing round Oxford city centre
Tomorrow I might get in my car and go to his home just to check on him
I don’t work as yet so I have the time
It’s only about a 90 minute drive

Hi Peter and Mam I thought I would give you a sleep update.
I’m still getting the benefit of the oil and kicking insomnia in the ass thanks to you my friend/guru even through all the stuff that’s going on in this crazy life but I’ll leave that on the emotions topic that’s the good thing about this forum you can leave all your troubles in little boxes just a properly wired functional brain only you hold it in your hands .

Glad your still sleeping well i,m not doing so well sleep wise what with mam the way she is just about managing 3/4hrs still it is what it is i know world cup is on but can,t wait for new season gives me something to concentrate on starting to find time for my music at last sleep tight don,t let bugs bite

I’m round the hotel having a chocolate
They are used to my visits
Plus I get free coffee or chocolate
They are just thoughts
Don’t know where they come from
But sometimes I write them down
Don’t ask me why
But if someone else can make sense or even understand them and helps then I’ve done something good
Sometimes insomnia make me think of things I wouldn’t normally think about
But at least I’m not talking to myself yet lol
