It’s 2.20am just got back home after a walk
Was nice to get out and stretch my legs without the heat although it was still quite warm
Popped into the hotel not far from me and I’m a regular visitor.
Chat to the night staff and get a free coffee or chocolate
They know what I have and know I suffer bouts of insomnia
Still feel wide awake and that’s what annoys me most
Ce la vie as they say in France
So hello to all the rest who can’t sleep
I would say night night but for most of us that isn’t going to happen anytime soon lol

I have been really sore so phoned my nurse for rheumatoid arthritis so going to clinic on Tuesday. Hopefully get a Kenelog injection.
Thanks looking forward to monster breakfest will let you know how clinic goes hoping for res.of monitor i know what your going through pain wise do,nt like moaning too hot but would like to knock few degrees off hope you get injection every bit pain relief helps

My left shoulder and shoulder blade is killing me
Been in touch with helpline and DWP in regards to PIPS CLAIM.
Waiting for new claim forms to come
