Sleeping sweeties worked well again last night another 12 hours sleep
Woke up to greyer skies but at least now I can go for a walk and not cook on my own juices
Gonna drive to the park walk about feeding the ducks , their quacking sounds have a soothing affect
NO Iām not having one of those days Iām actually in a good mood
Will chat when I get back as I canāt chat ,walk, hold my phone and talk at the same time
