Hi jakeb CBD oil is available in Holland and Barrett and I haven’t met a neurologist or G.P who’s against it.
I started taking it months ago when I was struggling and Peter Corcoran ( my guru) recommended it and it changed everything for me cut my depression etc but in the last seven weeks I’ve found I don’t need it now but I’ll always have some in the cupboard just in case maybe you don’t have to use it permanently and it trains you to sleep properly again ( I don’t know) all I know is it worked for me and is not addictive which is far better than taking more and more sleeping pills

Well Tommys gone for a week
He text me to say he was there and that he will be turning his phone off for the most of his holiday
Had a bit of a disaster today NO I DIDNT HAVE AN ACCIDENT
When we got to the beach hut the padlocks had rusted solid
But it has been nearly a year since we last went there
We went for a walk in frinton which knackered me out
Came home ordered fish and chips so now im just chilling

We went for breakfast this morning with my family. We are now at my sons house watching the Rangers V Celtic. We are hoping that Rangers win. 0 0 at half time.
