My feeling of feeling good was short lived as i knew it would be but canât complain so much
I think I felt good because I was doing something but when I stopped it came back ( BUMMER )

Morning babs I, m up have been since 5.30 slept from 11.30 till then mam still snoring 
cloudy here but dry off to Rob my bank later moved chairs around yesterday so mam can use riser /recliner finding it hard to get out of other chairs have a good day

Hi Keith my back is OK just stiff I, m about 20 mins from Swansea live near tata steel works hope youâre not on same run of luck as us had to change tv, CD player and cleaner say it comes in threes looking forward to getting c/card bill catch up with you later

Had to get a New TV Friday . Electric toaster on Saturday and yesterday my printer died an honourable death
Only a pain because all 3 packed up in 3 days
I must be unlucky I got 2 sets of 3s
But at least I got my monies worth out of them

only fallen over once so far but that was down a very steep hill in a forest while walking the dog got to the bottom a lot faster than it took me to climb it though (swings and roundabouts).

Were having a good time down here and Sammy is allowed in every hotel/ restaurant so far.
Had a 20 foot slide down a forest hill and tore the backside of my jeans but it seems to be quite fashionable right now (donât know about my age group though)
Did you know thereâs a village here called Bawdip donât know why I was the only one who thought that was funny.
I mean the Bawdip Inn ( thatâs jist no rite is it?)

Spent most of the day at the hospital with my friend and his family
even his ex wife turned up who he hasnt seen in 15 years but for some reason she wasnt there very long not even her son spoke to her
GOOD NEWS though he wont lose his leg although badly broken no major arteries or veins were severely damages
He told us all last night that NO one is allowed to visit him today as they are removing most the pain killing intravenous medications and he wont be a happy bunny
so im going round his brothers just in case needed
but as it stands NOW , HE WILL RECOVER
sorry i went on about my friend , we have been friends since we were 5 yrs old
i hope everyone is feeling good / better today
the weather here can not make up its mind ,
when i woke up it was sunny and bright , then it turned cloudy and over cast now the blue sky is out with just a few clouds
although i will be out and about i will be checking in on you all

Just got home , didnt intend to stay out all day , but jacks mum TOLD ME i had to stay for dinner
YOU DONT say NO to Betty , she might be 82 yrs old but she still has a look to turn you to stone

Iâm really sorry youâre meds are not working out for you but you know itâs trial and error believe me I know itâs annoying
but there is the right medicine out there for you.
Itâs just a case of your neurologist evaluating your feedback properly and I donât say " just" lightly.
Iâve been a guinea pig for over two years now and Iâm in the process of being weaned off meds again and probably will be trying something new in a few months.
Easier said than done the consequences for me and those around me can be difficult to say the least.
Talking of pigs I was bitten by a 3 months old one the other day .
Hanging off my pinky squealing it was (my fault there was a warning ) " little swine"
(Donât laugh Babswood) itâs not funny although we almost had to buy Soo some new knickers.(no sympathy from her)
