Can I just help clarify the case against our honourable member Kieth for the benefit of the jury who may have some troubles finding the offending post in which a certain profanity was most definitely uttered but has now been removed.
Itâs post number 1261 .
I only intend to prosecute this one post as proving a case for the other charge may be somewhat difficult as it could be argued as a term of endearment.
Therefore however I shall endeavour to explain the charges on post number 1261
It was suggested on there that approximately 40 people attended a family meeting and at least 35 of the said attendees were described by the accused as being what I can only presume to be back passages .
The offending word has quite legally removed.
Leaving a lot of people attending one meeting with alleged colostomy bags 35 to be exact this I find extremely unlikely .
The only defence I can envisage is if those particular personâs have the same surname of perhaps Sole or Soul and a forename beginning with the letter âRâ as in ex Scottish rugby player David Sole and his brother unfortunately Robert .
Which Doesnât sound so nice on a school register for example.
I find this line of defence to be akin to winning the lottery and therefore would be unlikely to rule in this favour.
I ask you the jury to look at the post previously mentioned and ruminate the evidence over very carefully before arriving at a conclusion.
Let me know later and only then can I deliver the appropriate sentence in this most heinous case.

Morning judge and babs in the case of our family member I have to say that I have a small number of the afore described people in my family and if I had to spend a few hours with them would probably be standing alongside our friends or more than likely banished from the clan so as I, m happy
