A fairly hard hour on the bike followed by 30 minutes walk in the sunshine.
Today has probably been as good as I have felt since diagnosis day!
That's good to hear I will do the same expect my bike is electric so no peddling required lol.

Face to Face PIP assessment appointment papers arrived.
Walk, train, bus, and final walk just to get there. Is this an exercise in abject humiliation or a supposed assessment for goodness sake. Not overly impressed.
Yep, all for a reason i'm afraid.
The walk,train,bus,final walk options is all designed too catch you out Drewster,
they'll ask you how you arrived, ~ i.e you could plan your journey.
they'll ask you how far you walked from the final point too the assessment, did you stop at all? ~ you walking capability. ~ park there if you can or get dropped off close as.
they'll watch you as you get up from the assessment waiting room can you get out of chair ok??, and asking "how are you??" a normal reaction is too say "i'm fine" dont!!, timing how long it takes you too move from the waiting room too the assessment room, did you struggle??.
And when you sit down they'll watch how you sat down, how your sat, how responsive you are too the assessment, and so on.
On the back of the assessment door it'll say how far it is from the waiting room too the assessment room on a piece of paper.
It's all loaded against you. be on your guard it's their job too fail you, their not your friend even if they may come across as
Base everything You say on your worst day, take medication and all hospital/doctors paper work.
