It sounds very much like someone accidentally left Dragon Naturally Speaking running during a phone call! Reading through it, you can almost hear the other side of the conversation even though only one person’s responses were captured. It’s actually a pretty good example of how natural conversational speech gets transcribed when dictation software is left listening.
