Levodopa - Mouth/Tongue issues

After being diagnosed in December 22, I started using Madopar soluble. About 8 weeks ago, I was changed to Sinemet as a result of having high prolactin levels (awaiting blood test results this week to confirm if Sinemet has brought level back down, but that’s another story).
Shortly after starting Madopar, following diagnosis, I started to experience differences in my breathing and continue to do so with Sinemet now. When I first wake my breathing is fine but as the day goes on, I become more aware of it, often felling like I’m mouth breathing (mouth stinging) and my tongue seems to dip in the middle, sticking to bottom of my mouth. By tea time, I’m very conscious of it, my breathing feels restricted and I sound like darth vader!
Has anyone else experienced something similar and are there any explanations for this. Thank you.
