Lightheaded and swimmy

I was diagnosed with PD in March 2025 privately, since then I have been on co-caroldopa which has made a difference to a lot of my symptoms. I now have an NHS appointment with PD specialist March 5th 2026.

My main issue is feeling lightheaded, swimmy and unbalanced when out for a walk, does anyone have the same issues ?

I often have balance issues when out and about, family and friends have banned me from using escalators and stairs when in city centre. Also banned from using step stools and ladders at home but what they don’t see…
