Hi everyone,
I was referred to this group by someone at Parkinson’s UK and wanted to introduce myself.
I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s seven years ago at age 55. Over time, I realized that while Parkinson’s may limit some of our control, it doesn’t take away all of it. That shift in mindset led me to spend years researching, connecting with experts and organizations around the world, and developing a practical framework for taking a more active role in managing the disease.
That effort eventually became a framework called Living Parkinson’s. with a companion book. It’s not a medical textbook or a memoir. Instead, it’s a practical guide built around seven strategies for living well with Parkinson’s and includes 35 actionable ideas people can begin using immediately.
The response has been very encouraging so far, and it’s been a top seller on Amazon in the Parkinson’s category. More importantly, readers have told me it has helped them feel more hopeful, informed and empowered to take control of their own journey.
My intention in sharing this isn’t to sell books, but simply to make another resource available to anyone who might benefit from it. A portion of the proceeds is also being donated to Parkinson’s-related charities.

If this type of post isn’t appropriate for the group, please let me know and I’ll gladly remove it.
Wishing everyone well on their journey.
