Hi
My father in law is presenting with symptoms of PD but there is currently a long wait to be seen by a neurologist so we were looking to go privately. I was just wondering if there is anyone in the Hertfordshire area that can recommend a good neurologist that specializes in PD?

I have recently used Bupa at the Nuffield Hospital & found them good.

You don’t have to be a Bupa member you can see a neurologist privately.

If travel into London is possible then seeing one of the specialists at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, Queens Square, London is a centre of excellence. I see Dr Farmer on the NHS but he does see private patients. I can recommend him as a caring doctor who is also involved with research and training budding neurologists. I travel down from Norwich.
