Looking for advice about erectile dysfunction

Hi everyone,

I’m hoping to get some advice or hear from anyone who has been through something similar.

I’ve been dealing with erectile dysfunction since 2016, and it’s becoming increasingly frustrating and worrying. It’s had a real impact on my confidence and quality of life.

Has anyone found anything that has helped, whether that’s lifestyle changes, exercises, or medication prescribed by their doctor? I’d really appreciate hearing about your experiences and what worked for you.

I know it’s important to speak to a healthcare professional before trying any treatment, but I’d be grateful for any advice or suggestions from people who have been in a similar situation.

Thank you.

Sorry you’re going through this. One thing my doctor recommended was keeping an eye on my blood pressure because ED can sometimes be linked to circulation or other cardiovascular issues. I started checking mine at home with the Garmin Index™ Blood Pressure Monitor, and it’s been a convenient way to keep track of my readings over time. Having that record can also be really helpful when discussing your symptoms with your doctor.

Since you’ve been dealing with this since 2016, I’d definitely recommend seeing a urologist if you haven’t already. Long-term ED is worth getting properly evaluated, and a blood pressure log can give your doctor a better picture while they look for any underlying causes.

Hi, I was dealing with the same issue myself, so I understand how frustrating it can be. A friend of mine recommended a treatment that had worked well for him, so I decided to give it a try. I bought it from here:

It helped me a lot, and I noticed a significant improvement after using it.

That said, everyone is different, so I’d still recommend speaking with your doctor before trying any medication to make sure it’s safe and suitable for you. I hope you find something that works for you soon.
