Has anyone experienced anxiety after taking Madopar? Mine seemed to get worse, but so hard to tell if other factors caused it.

I started Opicapone a couple of months ago. Just lately I have experienced anxiety. I can’t decide whether it’s the Opicapone, or the extra co-caredopa in my system due to Opicapone or just this bloody awful disease we’re living with.
It’s not at a level that stops me doing stuff but it’s noticeable.

Hello Jo1960 … I think feeling anxiety or being depressed goes with the territory of having Parkinson’s or any permanent illness for that matter.
Not that we can do a lot about it other than getting on with life & eating more
ice cream.
