Hi there. My mum is suffering with night restlessness, particularly restless legs and cramps. I have read that magnesium spray can help with cramping / spasming. But I wonder if it might interact with her medication. Has any one any idea. Anyone tried this? Thanks so much for any guidance,

If you’re unsure about the effects magnesium oil spray may have on your mum’s Parkinson’s medication, the best thing to do would be to consult with her GP or Parkinson’s nurse on this.
