Please does anybody know what the max daily dose allowed of Sinemet is?
I thought it was 8 tablets of 25/100mg, but i’ve just read it’s 8 tablets of 25/250mg! That’s a big differance.
At the moment i’m taking 5 25/100mg a day and an increase of the dose is on the cards as the dose dropping off between tablets is getting a real problem and it would be nice to know what the max dose allowed is.

If you have a Parkinson’s nurse, they will able to tell you.
Or maybe phone up helpline.
Meds affect us differently, and they may get changed.
Today there is an article free to read in the guardian regarding stem cell treatment research, more use to younger folk (I’m 60), even if a wait.
