Hello everybody hope you are all well what is the best parkinsons medication for resting tremor ime at the moment on sinemet 25/100 3 times a day i dont take meds at night as i have terrible dreams so i dont go there no no this does not do anything for my tremor dominate parkinsons i would like to hear your views on this topic ,thank you
